The MTC Consultancy's masterclass on business strategy lasts around three hours and is divided into two bite-sized foundation sessions. The classes are named; 'Curious Starter (CS)' and 'Sated Starter (SS).' Each bite-sized foundation class consists of 2-3 modules. The full masterclass has 5 modules in total, each consisting of 3-5 lessons (15-25 lessons in total), with each lesson lasting approximately 5-15 minutes. The latter class builds on the former foundation class. The aim is to provide an understanding and simplify the development or implementation procedure for the three "MTCResearchUK® signature business tools process for the client innovative teams in a step-by-step process as a practical guide. In addition, once you complete the masterclass and you are a subscribed client for the business tools, we give you access to a web-based application where together we can collaborate, track and tweak your business model and business plan as we develop it.
